Good morning, Catechist,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to remind you about the Catechist Appreciation dinner. It seems there has been some confusion about the timing, and for that, I sincerely apologize. The dinner will be held at 5:00 PM in the church hall. I deeply regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding.
Could you kindly assist me in spreading the word? If you have a helper in your class, please let them know the correct time as well.

Buenos días, Catequista,
Espero que estén bien. Quería recordarte sobre la cena de Apreciación para Catequistas. Parece que hubo una confusión con la hora, y por eso, lo siento mucho. La cena será a las 5:00 PM en el salón de la iglesia. Lamento cualquier inconveniente que esto haya causado y agradezco tu comprensión.
¿Podrías ayudarme a correr la voz? Si tienes un ayudante en tu clase, por favor diles la hora correcta también.
